Bux-Mont Transportation offers transportation services to low-income Montgomery County resident to visit doctor's offices, healthcare and rehabilitation facilities, pharmacies and mental health providers. Bux-Mont is proud to serve the communities and residents.

Interested clients will first need to first apply for the Medical Assistance program by contacting the Department of Human Services (DHS) to determine if you are eligible.

Once your eligibility for Medical Assistance services is confirmed, a Medical Assistance Transportation application will have to completed by using the link to the right.
